Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any photography or media services with Pixzilla. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the agreed delivery or shoot date unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be requested at least 48–72 hours before the scheduled shoot.
3. Copyright & Usage
All images and videos remain the copyright of the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights for personal or agreed commercial use. Content may also be used in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless requested otherwise in writing.
4. Delivery
Final edited images and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be informed as soon as possible.
5. Editing Style
All editing is completed in the photographer’s signature style. Requests for excessive changes or advanced retouching beyond standard editing may result in additional charges.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled shoots. Delays may reduce the available shooting time. The photographer is not responsible for missed shots caused by lateness or lack of cooperation.
7. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Outdoor shoots may need to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. In the event of illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond control, both parties will work together to arrange a suitable new date.
8. Liability
Pixzilla is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during the shoot. All participants attend and participate at their own risk.
9. Image Storage
Files are stored for a limited time after delivery. Clients are strongly advised to download and backup all images promptly. Re-delivery may not be possible after the storage period expires.
10. Agreement
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
