1. Booking & Payment
A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the agreed delivery date or shoot date unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48–72 hours prior to the shoot.
3. Copyright & Usage
All images and videos remain the copyright of the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights for personal or agreed commercial use. Images may be used in our portfolio, website, and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
4. Delivery
Final edited images/videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated as soon as possible.
5. Editing Style
All editing is performed in the photographer’s signature style. Requests for excessive alterations or changes beyond standard editing may incur additional charges.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for being on time for scheduled shoots. Delays may reduce shooting time. The photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to client lateness or lack of cooperation.
7. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
For outdoor shoots, weather conditions may require rescheduling. In the case of illness, emergencies, or events beyond control, both parties will agree on a new date.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the shoot. All participants attend at their own risk.
9. Image Storage
We store files for a limited period after delivery. Clients are advised to download and backup their images promptly. Re-delivery may not be guaranteed after this period.
10. Agreement
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
